Q - How do I register to post my resume'?

A - Jobseekers need to click here to register. Then wait for the activation email and click on the link in the email to activate your account. Once you have activated your account you will then be able to complete your profile and upload your resume. Registering as a jobseeker, posting resume's, searching for and applying for jobs are all FREE for Jobseekers.

Q - How do I register as an employer to post jobs?

A - You need to click here to register then choose the FREE job posting plan, complete your account details and then wait for the activation email and click on the link in the email to activate your account. Once you have activated your account you will be able to create your employer / company profile. Our FREE plan gives you 6 months access and the ability to post up to 20 jobs during that time so that you can fully test drive our system.

Q - I registered, I got the activation email but now what do I do?

A - You MUST click the activation link inside the email to activate your account before you can continue completing your profile.

Q - Why did I not get an activation email?

A - Sometime mail servers try to be clever and mistakenly pick up registration emails from most web sites as spam. Please make sure to check your spam folder in your mail program. If you really did not get it then try logging in with your username and password and you will see an option to resend the activation email. If all else fails, click on the contact us link and one of our support people will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q - I want to place a job or resume' in a category but none of your categories suit my industry?

A - Simply email us by clicking here and we'll consider adding the category for you. This site is about YOU and we want YOU to feel right at home.

Q - Where do I search for Jobseekers and Resume's?

A - Due to privacy issues, this feature is only available to registered Employers. Once you are registered, log in and click on Employer Dashboard and then click the icon "Search Jobseekers"

Q - Do you support other countries other than African countries?

A - At this point in time we only loosely support other countries with a single country called OTHER, this is mainly to assist jobseekers (expats) based overseas who are looking to return home.

Q - EMPLOYER: What online payment gateway are you using for purchasing packages?

A - Secure Online payments from this web site are provided by 2CheckOut.com Inc. 2CheckOut is a safe and reliable online payment system and is one of the few that allows us to charge you in South African Rands. We will introduce Paypal and other options as soon as they allow accepting transactions in South African Rands. Large employers or employment agencies are free to contact us to discuss alternative payment options available within South Africa.

A - We do have an introductory offer for employers. Select the FREE plan when you register which will give you 6 months free access and 100 credits which will allow you to post up to 20 jobs.
